Fuuchan and Uki are very close with eachother and barely interact with any female characters. They're the only reason this manga still has female readers. There's a lot of will-they-wont-they with just enough plausible deniability that make male readers believe fujos are being delusional again. By the end it's vaguely implied they moved to America to get married, whether their relationship was bait is still up for debate 5 years later.
