- Pekora is bad at maintaining relationships because she's very introverted and shy.
- Pekora stops talking to Miko because she runs out of activities.
- Miko wrongly interprets it as Pekora growing a grudge against her.
- Pekora notices that Miko isn't acting as nice to her as before and interprets it as Miko wanting to cut ties with her.
- They both avoid interacting with each other because they both think they don't want anything to do with each other.
This has happened to Moona and a few other holomem and will probably happen to Vivi too. Gen 3 is a notable exception because they are forced to do stuff together all the time.
