only capture windows
the one browser window I have only captures a VERY SMALL portion of the window for the current song playing and makes sure to match the title so that it's impossible to c capture any other website
also
disable desktop audio
capture window audio only
it's only janky with chrome because the audio capture is based on application instead of window so you can't have any audio play from any other chrome window/tab
triple check the mute status of your microphone too
