Haruka was the only person who got in trough auditions. She actually showed her audition video at AX last week. Snuffy and Anny notably auditioned during the same audtion as Haruka and were both declined in favor of Haruka in the end. We know because they both mentioned they tried out and and didn't make it, but they did make quite far in before being declined. Snuffy we though was an obvious choice, but they went with Haruka.
TLDR They hire lots of people without auditions.
