Some of which are naturally occurring, such as genetics, which will dictate things like the size and shape of the different parts of your larynx and resonators. These directly affect which notes you can hit, what they sound like when you do, and how easily you can do so, as a variable that is related to, but very separate from, skill level. The way your brain is wired also affects which skills you are likely to learn, and how effectively.
Upbringing and lifestyle also count. For example, music preferences and things like perfect pitch are learned as a child under specific, known conditions. Most get it by sheer luck, which would be considered "natural talent," but you can raise a child to have perfect pitch, regardless of how musical they are.
