She mentioned it once but she used be in a state where she had not even the will to wake up in the morning, only playing FF14 all day long not talking to anyone, every day being the same uneventful grey routine, unable to do anything else for years.
There may be worse mental states but people like this essentially stop living and just play all day with no joy just to not think about life.
