Nature Anon here. I got a picture of the 3 legged altwolf. It seems his job is to protect the den as he is the only one that hasn't left the den area today. He seems very serious but it is surprisingly very friendly for an altwolf. Poor fellow has been threw some stuff, both his ears are torn up and he is missing one of his legs. I think their missing human pack mate may have been a vet with how well his numb looks. My theory a wildlife vet was informed of an altwolf in poor shape and came out here to treat it only to end up a pack member, this vet was likely not trained in tempanimal behavior so didn't realize they'd get attached so he left using a car making it impossible for the pack to follow or they did follow and were relocated here as a problem pack. I am honestly pissed off at whatever vet would amputate an animal's leg and then release them back to the wild, this altwolf should have brought to my sanctuary when his leg was removed. I should have had this pack ages ago. Well I'll be taking them down the mountain tomorrow and relocate them to my sanctuary. I wonder what got the poor guy's leg though my guess he was chased from his pack for being too weak, altwolves are known to be brutal and mangle those banished from the pack.
