Though actually one trick I've found for that specific situation is to have the expression I want in the adetailer prompt without adding all the other stuff that alters it, that way you can use adetailer not just to fix the face but also change it. It's not surefire but it's worked pretty well for me before.
I got sick of the expression tests for now so I'm just going through the most popular tags hoping to get some breakthroughs. One thing I've found is that voluptuous, curvy, milf, and mature female are all strong tags that are similar but still distinct, with voluptuous having the old booru 'mature female' effect without strongly affecting age, curvy having a decent alias to chubby without going too beeeeg, and mature female/milf acting as a pretty decent age slider (MILF being much stronger). The thing I'm most excited about though (probably not as relevant to /vt/ but still) is that because Pony was built for bronies/furries/scalies the model prefers the term (coloured)_body instead of (coloured)_skin, so if you want an abnormal skin tone using x_body tags is your better bet.
