I agree your fears about what constitutes "overbought" which is one of the main reasons why I've been bothering mainly mogu over it though I should probably be asking the thread more in general. The massive bog was due to Operation: Boggration going a bit hard those first few days. It was/is a two pronged approach to defeating inflation but the issue is that when inflation occurs on a single day (mostly) rather than throughout the week the deflation rates calculated for Boggration ended up being too high. I want to make sure that overall, you can intuitively tell if something is going to end up overbought or not.
An idea I had a while back is allowing for players to request an audit, at some cost, for a coin at that point in time using data scrapped at around that time and determine if it is overbought or not with some degree of certainty. IDK, opinions?

Now, I will assure you nothing about the relative magnitudes of adjustments nor the directions of adjustments were touched by Boggration, the only thing Boggration did was introduce a bit of deflation into the market which ended up being too much.
Also, to the thread in general. I would like to apologize for any disaffection for the dev team or the game due to the Badges we issued. We wanted to make something fun for everyone but at the same time, I specifically wanted to make it something that you needed to be present at 会長's graduation stream to get. I understand some anons have obligations, however, come on, it's Coco's graduation. I asked for the day off the day she announced it. Zhonk and the other devs however talked me down and convinced me there should be some other way for players to earn it after the stream. I'll admit my thinking was flawed in several ways, It should've probably been tied it to supas rather than buying the coin and also, the timeframe to get it guaranteed should've been extended for a little while afterwards for those who were focused on watching the graduation. Sorry, I pushed the devteam too hard regarding this without having enough time to actually have a polished product for you guys and neither did I consider things thoroughly enough. I know some of you felt the Devteam didn't communicate enough and I'll work on giving you guys more regular updates into what the devteam is thinking about, though I still will refuse to spoonfeed about future easter egg stuff since what's the fun in that. I'll try to make things clearer though.
