"Membas" only includes Memberships bought during a Premiere or Livestream. Renewals or new Membas bought outside of these times are not counted.
"Membas" counts gifted memberships. If one person buys 50 gifted memberships, it is counted as 50.
"Membas" doesn't differentiate tiers. For example, Shiori's has three Memba tiers: Page, Bookwyrm, and Novelknight. A Novelknight is counted as 1 and a Page is counted as 1 despite Novelknight being a higher tier.
"Streams" includes Premieres, not just livestreams since you can Supa during them.
