They tell the JPs to learn English because they are part of HoloEN (EN means English BTW).
Every time they do JP streams they always tell the JPs that they should learn English, AND they also say that their main content is in English. They want the JPs to also watch their EN streams.
Why would they tell the EN Ruffians to learn Japanese when they are part of HoloEN (the hololive branch made for people that don't know Japanese), and when most of their content is in English?
