https://rentry.org/vtwbg-vnuglore#weapons-martial-artsThe tail kinda count as a 2.5th hand since it’s prehensile enough to grab things but it doesn’t have fingers and the position makes it awkward to use. Palkyrie martial arts often make use of the tail although how they’re used depends on style and individual. Usually it’s used as the off-hand for polearm to free up the non-dominant hand for other use but some also prefers to hold side weapons that don’t require a lot of finesse or attention to use (mace or dagger comes to mind) to sucker-punch people. Outside combat, Palkyries also use their tail to hold onto things both for climbing and utility use (since the tail’s longer than their hands). Children can hold their weight by tail alone while adults sometimes wear gear specifically designed to help their tail hold their weight.
It’s also muscular enough that Palkyries can do a rider kick by using the tail to jump off the ground like kangaroo
