I'd be all for having a black Holo with a sexy design, but they'd have to be really careful about it. It could cause some drama and unwanted attention if the talent behind the model were white or Asian (which people would inevitably find out unless she had perfect opsec). If they hired an actual black girl they'd have to vet her really well to make sure she's not the kind of person who's gonna start talking about racism or whatever. Cover clearly has a policy of not allowing their talents to talk about politics or anything really controversial and it has served them really well. So make sure the talents can act like a regular Holo who just happens to be black and might be okay.
