Most of these vshojos have bad history as well and the management doesn't exist - veibae can yab all she wants and nothing gets done when anywhere else she'd have been suspended a few times by now.
And now the model cancer has went to Lumi. It sucks because we all knew she was going to end up with a veibae face, the model isn't beyond awful though, unlike pic related's redesign.
Not all redesigns are awful - look at Lia. But when you look at Lumi and Yuri you KNOW their older models were a lot better.
