a. The Imperial Navy is right next to us! We cannot defend against that. Even if they don't attack us directly, our economy is so relant on sea trade that we will be ruined!
b. Vitalis Septim works in favor of state, this goes against our interests even if it means helping out holos because we have connections in Nijisanji. The most we could do is help both sides
c. I do not believe that the holo navies can really do anything to help us given the proximity. Our nightmare is that Oiseau joins nijis and we end up having to fight a land war.
This is just a disaster for our nation!
