The 2nd issue is money. Nijisanji has all the investor money in the world. They don't need Doki despite what you believe. Investors have near infinite money because of how they control the banks. This is the same thing with Hololive. You literally can't win even if your company is massively successful, because investors will make absolutely sure you lose.
In Niji's case, the investors did not like Doki. They view her as an immature child (which she literally is).
They could wipe the entire EN branch and not a single tear would be shed. They simply are irrelevant to what investors care about.
