I wouldn't read too much into it, outside of Promise dominance. And even then, multiple people reported playing vs Promise for 4 or 5 rounds, so the deck might be overrated.
But with so much Promise and Katana in the meta, 2nd blooms outside of AZKi might be too slow right now.
