In Apex games (especially customs) this is considered insanely poor form obviously, since your teammate is trying hard to get you guys higher up and you're just... leaving? Zero respect to the guy also, since you don't think him scoring high will mean anything.
Astel went into practice mode and just started complaining about everything, whining about how they didn't do this or that, and his teammate and Team Leader (I think) from Niji (Koyanagi Rou) was telling him to not ruin the mood and trying to keep the vibe up (since all of them are streaming after all).
They did somewhat get things together and even got a champion at the end (I think after they made Astel the team leader again), so probably just teething problems that all teams go through, except this was on-stream.
Naturally comments are full of complaints, some legit, some from nijifags, but his members are obviously more supportive of him and calling all complaints as fresh accounts from trolls.

The team clearly wants you to say what you think during the game. They even said directly to not disconnect in the middle of the game and ruin the atmosphere. Please get that through your head.
Instead of just using a strong voice and continuing to blame others and never apologizing, you should realize that your team members are following up on your retardation and desperately trying not to ruin the vibes further than you already did.
