Out of 31 livers in the EN branch, 22 were "winners" in this show. The following 9 livers did not win anything:

Aster and Twisty are very obviously "stealth" suspended, so the others are contractually obligated to pretend that those two never joined the company in the first place. And Kotoka is on semi-permanent hiatus pending graduation, and has been in the queue for months (and she hasn't pretended otherwise since March, when "she" deleted most of her membership vods).
I can't hazard a guess as to why the other 6 absentees didn't win anything, though.
....speaking of Kotoka - if she's graduating on or shortly after Jan 20th, there may be an announcement on Jan 6th (the first business day of the month) at 12 noon JST. There might be other graduation announcements at that time, if they plan on doing with EN what they did with ex-ID and announce multiple retirements in a single press release.
