They'd never bother hiring anyone who can't speak English when 99% of HoloID's audience speaks English at least as a second language. Even Anya and Iofi speak English sometimes and Reine switched to like 90% English content despite saying she wanted to stream in Indonesian.
Worst case is you get someone like pic related with a strong dorky ESL accent.
