Compared to Niji EN which has only blocked Millie from collaborating outside of Niji EN before the one month mark. Otherwise they have collabed with Niji ID, KR, and JP, then indies (those indies not even always being vtubers) and corpos like WACTOR and PRISIM. Push your narrative as much as you want, but from information that is known there is only a singular conclusion.
