You just need to force yourself to go outside to do things you're interested in where you can meet people with similar interesters. Cons, TCG tournaments, Gunpla builds, whatever. Not going to promise you that you'll ever find a girlfriend/wife from this and realistically you probably won't since your interests are probably roughly 80% men, but if my autistic ass is capable of making friends and coping with at least some of the loneliness then I am certain you can do it too.
