While it isn't from a fighting game, I can imagine this Ike having similiar moveset with Andersen in FGO, with him writing something in a book and popping out creatures from him.
Also I remember Fulgur mentioning how Ike as an fighter would only use a knife or his pen, and be something like an Assassin kind of guy.
