If you gachi/simp/whatever for an online personality of any kind, you will inevitably be heartbroken eventually (unless it's like some 1view you can get to know personally and groom).
You will never have a deep non-transactional relationship (of any type, even platonic) with someone without shared context and concrete rapport, such as overlapping social circles. This applies to IRL crushes/relationships too and probably explains why most anons are NGMI.
As to your question, yes, it is possible among mature people with real life experience. But I doubt your fears of your oshi collabing with a male are about them subsequently entering a relationship with that male. Rather, the demonstrated closeness probably just clearly reveals the true distance between you and your oshi.
