>>82749731i strongly advise getting a hobby. not just you, anybody in this thread who feels they are actually dependent on their oshi. and by hobby i dont just mean playing video games or some meaningless time waster, i mean an actual brain-engaging activity you can do every day. learn to play guitar or another instrument that interests you, maybe learn to draw or paint, start reading books (i promise you can find tons of material that will be engaging for you), take up model building, real activities that require thought.
there is nothing wrong with wanting to feel close to your oshi, this isn't parasocial le bad, but it is good to have more than one interest, something to fill the void and keep your brain healthy and focused when she isn't available.
