Male vtuber fans(yumes and fujos) don't want to see females on their stream, and they certainly don't want their donations going to fund females.
Female vtuber fans also don't want to see males on their stream, and don't want their superchats going to fund males.
The smarter route is opening entirely separate companies under the same parent company so everyone can be happy. Maybe occasional large collabs between the branches for special events to celebrate the company or big tournaments like Apex, but no 1 on 1 collabs. Have separate concerts and con appearances etc so their fans don't feel like they have to share a fanbase with people they don't like. Japanese media companies like Kadokawa and Bushiroad and Bandai figured this out ages ago. They have plenty of material that panders to fujos but they keep it totally separate.
