It's a reminder that everything is temporary. This is why you should never get tied up in psychotic shit like becoming an unironic anti that fucks their router due to getting banned here and that ultimately most negative opinions you have on any streamer in general amounts to nothing when they can just suddenly leave. Content creators and streamers have sudden moments of just leaving all the time, and I do mean outside of corporate vtubing. Happens way more often too. Some post a final goodbye youtube video after not posting for a long time, others just explain they have a new job or opportunities that are not about content creation or streaming. Whatever, anything and everything. They just spend years making content, then stop, then come back to say one last goodbye and they are never heard from again. Some go as far as to completely vanish even from social media, they simply want out. I've followed so, so many people that made stuff I remember fondly, but I dunno where they are or how they are right now and never will. That's just life, ya know?
