I think this is shown well with this example, since the original video has long hair, the control net still infers things are happening in that space, even with shorter hair, so spooky action occurs. The original video has small breasts like her so it actually works better, so usually if the subject is more like your character the results improve, but that doesn't mean you can't use a more obtuse video.
>>79795952Thanks, the animation still isn't perfect. so far the workflow is just 2 passes (kinda like how SDXL is, a first pass, then a refiner pass after an upscale) most of the flickering doesn't happen in the first result
