I always seemed to theorize about how this stuff would work since I never bothered to research it but you seem to understand a lot about this. Was it just through experience and then looking some stuff up or vise versa? I imagine it was probably the former since that's more or less my experience
I do tend to think of lewd thoughts throughout the day but only for about a few seconds nor do I try to so it'll be easy to turn that into a habit Though I am use to just fapping if it gets to that point but it's not like I need to so edging/abstaining is pretty doable for me too. I used to draw when I was younger and a little while ago. I've also written a a few fics and mostly green text (like the one's below). Never did it on my own though, just only when a good enough prompt I was into popped up so my visual imagination is pretty good too
All of this makes sense and pretty much falls in line with how I could expect it work on a general but it's good to get specifics from someone who's actually done it. Although since it's a topic that never comes up, it's not like I ever tried to talk to someone about or anyone about it to me
