I'd say Kotoka's main appeal is she's like a JP streamer brought over to EN. She has insane streaming endurance and a very wholesome enthusiasm and sincerity to her. Oftentimes she'll talk about how the most important thing for her is creating an enjoyable environment for viewers and how she's incredibly thankful that people even want to watch her at all. Even though she doesn't get that many superchats she always mentions how bad she feels when people donate money to her because she's just happy they're watching her. In her Genshin stream she even refused to roll the gacha to discourage people from donating to her because she felt bad spending their money. She feels like a return to Lazulight's charm when they were just 3 dorky girls who were incredibly thankful to be in Nijisanji and not being stressed by management. She's also extremely open to taking feedback from her viewers and doesn't get offended ever. Even when backseaters were being annoying in Sekiro all she said was she felt bad that she couldn't play like how they want her to. When retards kept bugging her to sleep during her Ark grind she didn't mind at all and just said she's fine and can manage herself.
