Not like we would resist anyway, but maybe it's a safety mechanism to deter human women from interfering with her feeding, especially if those human females are the jealous type and want to protect their own supply of males (especially if they're competing streamers). And while those female streamers are doing it for money, IRyS is doing it purely for sustenance, which is necessary for her survival.
