You need to advertise yourself if you want to grow. I'm gonna guess you're on twitch, so just make a youtube channel where you post reaction videos to stuff like Internet Historian, Sam O'Nella, Nexpo and similar channels and tell people in the video that they can come watch videos live with you on twitch. I've seen tons of vtubers start to do that shit with decent to great results.
