You can make the argument that the poses are similar but you'll find many pieces with similar poses done by different artists. If you were to change the pose there would be no similarities outside of both having twin tails but even then, ribboned twin tails are very popular and you'd have difficulty proving that the Miku piece was referenced at all due to Miku's being a lot longer and flowing
