>>60809931As much as I disllike Enna, after seeing this pattern repeat 3-4 times, I think this is an extremely scummy move coming from Nijisanji management themselves to isolate the niji talents from their friends outside the company by making them feel "backstabbed".
Zaion already talked about what the internal mentality of the talent is like, with the low self worth and "I'm nothing without niji" etc.
> Point #1 : They made Zaion lie about visiting a family during her stealth suspension.Which establishes that Niji management has no qualms about pressuring the talents to lie about their circumstances to their fans.
Talents not revealing secret stuff is usually fine, since it could spoil upcoming projects and mess with their promotion plans, and could also be annoying if something a talent informally said was going to happen got cancelled internally.
But Nijisanji uses this culture to prevent talents from saying anything about these cosmetic changes. Fans and even antis generally don't SC about it (or do so in a way that makes them sound schizo) so the talents never have a chance to slip up and say what's actually happening.
> Point #2 : Niji has control over most of the talents' media accounts.Shown with Ibrahim, when his manager uploaded an absolutely terribly edited clip of one of his external collabs to his channel without even asking him, and other examples with Zaion and Millie lost access to their twitter when they were suspended, meaning they had to tweet from their rm accounts. To a lesser extent, Azura's graduation stream thumbnail being changed after she left.
Nijisanji can and will change talents' backgrounds, profile pics, banners etc. Along with Point #1, this makes the audience think that the talent is the one doing it.
This same pattern has repeated for Yugo, Zaion and Nina already. Three times is a pattern.
It's also a pattern that every single one of the talents that left have been talked about well on streams that happened after they left.
Kotoka being the biggest example, since she talks about Zaion all the time and had to do a mengen to cry about her. The "betrayal" rrat has stuck already and Zaion won't reach out to find out what actually happened, so Kotoka and Zaion have their friendship forever in tatters thanks to management. Finana less so because she's always been a retard and a snake, and I don't think the whole "gaslighting" thing was management's idea - so that was likely a proper backstab.
Yugo and Nina were also sent off fairly well and the remaining talents still talk about them from time to time.
Mysta is the sole exception to this trend for now, Ike and Shu still have him in their banners. But I think this is more because Mysta has ZERO qualms about shittalking Niji on his new identity - which he already did with the whole Tax comment. Throughout his graduation he was shitting on both niji management and the sisters. Zaion was terminated and they had the time to set the narrative, Yugo was too Japanese and Nina is too professional to bring this shit up on their new identities, but that's not the case for Mysta. He was always a loose cannon, so if there were banner changes with him, he'd be the one most likely to point it out (there's already examples of it, wih him being the one to reveal the 2% thing, which was what got that rrat going in the EN side).
It's also very likely that Luxiem would REALLY push back against something like that with Mysta thanks to them being men and in a strong position, whereas the girls might not want to rock the boat too much especially when it's already taking water.
It's just speculation for now, but it's something that can EASILY be confirmed if the talents who stay or left ever decide to talk about it.
