In terms of being a ship fic. This is kind of unfocused, having half of its runtime be in 'full detail' with Laplus and Marine cameos when it really should have just been flashbacked. Thus the actual ship moment of Gigi relating her turning gremlin to CC's wish to return to mindless automation is kind of sidelined.
You do write the autofister dynamic pretty good but you need to work on your story planning so when you're working under a tight word limit your fic actually focuses on the bit you want it to focus on instead of setup.
