Suicide offers relief and a release from your struggles in the same way that sinking your own entire battleship saves you the trouble of having to defend it from invaders or tough out a few storms every so often. Sure, the problems are gone and they'll never happen again, but you're losing so much good in the process, way too much for it to be worth it. Think of all the precious cargo that ship holds, all the amazing places it can take you in life, all the other people it'll help carry forward. You'd be throwing away all of that, and for what? To escape some temporary hardships? The sheer amount of collateral damage is not worth it. That ship has the power to do, cause, and experience some great things in its lifetime. Don't put it out of commission so prematurely.
All of that silly metaphor is to say, don't norway. It absolutely is not worth it. Try so desperately to run from the dark, and you'll find you leave behind all the light along with it. Embrace both. Struggle on through your darkness so that someday you will be free to bask in the warmth of the light.
