personally I do find it believable as fuck
like the biggest indies are only at 6k-10k level like filian, patra, and ui, or at the 15k or so level like Sakuna.
The next 100 biggest indies are like high 3 view to very low 4 view, and there are thousands after them that are 1 view and several thousands after them that are /literally/ streaming to noone.
All combined is unable to compete with a single holo or niji event stream or a single miko or kuzuha or hinano stream.
Like you'd have to have some compelling evidence collating all of indie vtubing's numbers to compare to even VSPO's level
