Miko later fell for Suisei because workmate and Suisei being more professional than Peko-chan just stops Miko constantly but on a lesser scale (like we usually see) so it doesn't escalate from really good friends unlike NoeFure which seems like, as some other anon mentioned here, 2 losers who would never make it but got curious and they liked it.
