Hey, I actually did manage to get an update about my old student in today since there's something new to show her, so that's nice.
I showed her the new version of Prism Magic, since she loves it so much, and she ended up really enjoying it a lot. She wasn't sure what to say for a bit, but after I helped her with vocabulary stuff, she got out that she considered it the "cool version" of the song, compared to the "cute version." She also still really loved the pebbles, which was cute to see.
I'm thankful that it was able to be done today, actually, since one of the other students had a massive breakdown and physical fit while we waited, and I was able to keep her from getting involved or hurt by just keeping her interested in Biboo more than the ruckus that was happening in the other side of the room. She really saved this kid from getting caught up in that physical scuffle.
She also saw Nerissa from a Community schedule post and went

I'm finally making some progress on the pebble itself and I'm hoping for it to be a gift before Thanksgiving Break. If that works out, it'll be finished soon and that will probably be about the end of anything worth talking about for this for a while, since she'll be happy and content with a pebble plush of her own.
