I have heard a most ludicrous claim about our beloved Queen Tam Gandr; that at one point in her past, she hopped and skipped unlike a young child upon meeting and getting to shake the hand of a foreign dignitary with sky-blue hair who puzzlingly always insisted of her charm in the third person. I came across this scroll that supposedly is a recollection of the moment, but cannot say whether or not it is the truth or the creator's flight of fancy.
