Ina is one of the most distant Holo's from a fan perspective, she has also said numerous times she got into Hololive to make friends, she did so, why bother with the extra baggage fandom brings.
Sana is the same, all her breaks she just drops off.
These are women that where already succesful pre-hololive, they don't need it and where hired due to their external talents(art).
