Their income depends on the company not blowing up. This is like if Walmart executed 1million children in a third world shithole and you then went to a regional manager and asked their opinion on the topic. They're either going to try and ignore it or downplay it. The talents are always going to do this. Only time tells what exactly is happening there. There's definitely an issue with management, but Jap laws are strict and they don't want to rock the boat at the company they work at.
This is simple logic and yet we're somehow taking the word of the literal faces of the company as to what's wrong with said company.
