There are plenty of girls with similar personalities to Fauna, but they may not look at pretty as her avatar does. Figure out what's most important to you. You probably can't have the best of every world.
Also, keep in mind that Fauna herself has made it clear that she tries to only show her positive sides on stream. Being in an actual relationship with someone is a lot different from watching a streamer from afar. In a relationship issues will always crop up, no matter how perfect you and your partner is. The question is how you deal with them.
In short, try to understand that Fauna is an idealized entity. While I'm sure the real person behind her is a very sweet and wonderful woman, you shouldn't use what you see as the basis for comparison to other women you actually meet IRL. That's kinda like "wanting a GF that's like this one Hollywood actress". It's just not how it works.
Anyway, I think you would be better off just trying to find someone right for you, whether they're similar to Fauna or not. (But the most practical tip is probably to try to lower your standards of appearance and give less outwardly attractive women a shot. Lust is not the same as love, and you can definitely learn to love someone you weren't attracted to immediately.)
