That also looks like you're using vanilla Midjourney V6. The base MJ model doesn't know of any VTubers, as it doesn't have the NovelAI data that the Niji model has.
Here's an attempt, using this as my Character Reference! Unfortunately, Character Reference isn't nearly as good as I was hoping it would be, but seeing this is literal day one of its alpha, perhaps I shouldn't be too harsh on it as I'm sure it will get better over time.
