She did absolutely nothing besides leaving company and telling people what happened there. This would not devolve into Nijisanji's free fall is not their lack of ability to distract people with content and susceptible, repeated management failures.
Dokibird drama aside, Nijisanji's fault was just not learning from the situation and not even attempting to improve their public image. Even without that drama they were slowly slipping away into irrelevance, what happened just made them fall faster.
