At the time, it was a lot because she clearly was astoundingly dirt poor (remember her original laptop-kun), basically living in a closet and her life was a bit of a sad story of trying but not making it. So people felt good to donate to that as her cinderella story moment.
Now fast forward a year later and she is entitled as fuck about these fans (who moved her to tears before) that she'll fucking rip them all up if they don't bow down to her every whim unconditionally including being friends with people who don't even like Hololive and valuing them OVER her fans and supporters. That original humble Mori of last year is long, long long dead. I don't know why so many deadbeats haven't seen that yet and that this week wasn't the emperor-has-no-clothes moment for them.
