For the ripoff it was an artist who sent a sketch for approval, I said it was bad and suggested a change and he refused and didn't want to return the cash. I kept it as professional as possible because it looks better when you submit the logs to PayPal for review. He got hit with a 20 dollar backcharge for it too lol
