It's no surprise that once she joined Niji she immediately went turbo with Nepohires and bullying those who didn't "bow" to her desires. By that we mean follow whatever she says and go in the direction she tells them to go and what not to do.
There's also the fact that she likely WAS THE UNOFFICIAL EN MANAGER for most of early NIJIEN if the ESL or even zero English manager rrats were true. Which means that she was communicating all to the JP managers for a while because no one else was fluent or influential enough to talk sense into them, and we know she's an S class manipulator. And right now might still have some power over management.
She lacks the capability to reflect on her actions properly because her bully, clique and whatnot bullshit tactics always made her come out on top. Problem is that she was never into so much of a spotlight as of right now.
Once she saw the documents, she probably shit bricks and decided to hastily make a document with the guy with all the Fujos and the dude who apparently did nothing wrong to clean her image.
It's clear she still can't understand that, there's no running away from this. The only actual 100% easy way out was to dogeza to Selen and either graduate or expose all the BS she did to NIJI upper management in full detail while taking all the blame. In these scenarios, the best way to minimize damage and probably save your ass is to expose yourself. Perhaps not to the world but to your employer.
Enna and Millie might not be getting out of this one unscathed anymore tho.
