It usually happens when new acounts that have little interaction or engagment on youtube try to give likes or dislikes. is what makes dislike bombing uneffective on most streams with fake accounts.
here it is probably active because the newest of the channel...or maybe some guys bomb liking it who knows probably will go away in some weeks.
