While how she ended her career on Hololive is sad, she revolutionized how chuubas interact with their fans and set the gold standard for what a Girlfriend Experience should be like that many people to this day still follow. Not to mentioned she paved the way for many different vtubers to be idols, like my personal favorite like Mikeneko who is better than Rushia, or more recently, nyanners.
